We are trying to create market place for e-learning platform for the students who are willing to take online courses. We are trying to achieve all the educational courses given by (Corner Skills or our partners or our instructors) need to reachable for the entire pupil who are willing to upgrade their skill for their feature by assisting with  affordable price , Best comparing to select their courses and with advisory path which kind of courses the students are interested with.

Our Terms apply for all the activities on the Corner Skills website, mobile applications and other related Corner Skills services etc ,,,,.    

As an instructor or partner or any other teaching related services are willing to publish courses on Corner Skills they are accepting terms that are given by Corner Skills and we also provide details regarding our students and instructors data for processing best services.

Please read our Privacy policy. If you are using Corner Skills as a part of (our partners or our instructors) to continue relationship with Corner Skills. 

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Corner Skills has all rights for at, our discretion to edit, modify, change and remove their portions of our terms and services a any time by posting an amended Terms of our service on our site or within the Services. We also try to provide notice, by drafting E-mail, sending SMS or any short of electronic mail services, of any material changes. Unless we state otherwise, changes are effective when posted. New versions of the Terms of Service and any other policies or rules will be accessible at www.Corner Skills.com or from within the Services. If you continue to use the Services after the changes are posted, you are agreeing that the changes apply to your continued use of the Services.

Accounts:-

If you willing to associate with more activities with Corner Skills then you need an account to continue with us the main reason is for your account is where you will be responsible for all activity  associate with your account such as password , data change, profile change and for other reasons. We also support if you suspect some changes are happening in your account without your knowledge where our support can help you within age of consent before you lose your data.

You should need an account for most activities on Corner Skills such as purchase or enrolling into course or to share your courses for Corner Skills publication, When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You have complete responsibility for your account and everything that happens on your account, including for any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your permission. This means you need to be careful with your password. You may not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else’s account. If you contact us to request access to an account, we will not grant you such access unless you can provide us with the information that we need to prove you are the owner of that account. In the event of the death of a user, the account of that user will be closed.

As a Corner Skills account holder you should not share your login credentials with anyone else, and account holder will be responsible for any changes happen in their account and Corner Skills will not intervene in disputes between students or instructors or partners who have shared account login credentials. You should inform us immediately upon learning that some suspect are using your account without your permission to support you for such reasons our support team may request some information from you  to confirm the you are indeed owner  of  your account 

To create an account with Corner Skills the (student or instructor or Business partner) need to be 18+ years as an exceptional case if student age is below 18 years we encourage you to invite your parent or guardian to open an account and help you to enroll the courses If you are below this age of consent to use online services, you may not create a Corner Skills account. If we discover that you have created an account that violates these rules, we will terminate your account. Under our Instructor Terms, you may be requested to verify your identity before you are authorized to submit a course for publication on Corner Skills.

As a Corner Skills account holder if you are willing to terminate your account they can reach our support team after few consent we will help you to terminate your account.

Enrollment accesses:-

Corner Skills has 2 types of enrollment Course enrollment accesses and member ship enrollment accesses both enrollments vary by the plans and values.

Course enrollment accesses:- 

When a student enroll into a course we request students to check what type of enrollment they are willing to opt for where we have 2 types of course enrollment they are periodic subscription enrollment accesses and life time subscription enrollment accesses 

Periodic Course subscription enrollment accesses:- 

In periodic course  enrollment accesses the course taken by the student will have certain periods to opt that course if the course enroller wants to extend their subscription period on the same course then they need to pay additional to opt same course. As well as in periodic enrollment accesses if the instructor updates their course and the enroller will get their up to subscription period only. 

Life time Course subscription enrollment accesses:- 

In lifetime course subscription enrollment accesses the course enroller will get unlimited free accesses for same course for same account holder and all the updates updated by instructor will be also accessible for same course enroller for free.

Course data management policy:-

Course data management policy consists of 3 varies user’s students, instructors and partnership policies

Students can enroll any courses and they get license for that course and they can view via Corner Skills services and they should not do any other use such as trying to resell the data or transferring the data in any way If it has been prohibited then we must disable the course due to legal policy reasons.

Under our Instructor Terms, when instructors publish a course on Corner Skills, they grant Corner Skills a license to offer a license to the course to students. This means that we have the right to sublicense the course to the students who enroll in the course. As a student, when you enroll in a course, whether it’s a free or paid course, you are getting a license from Corner Skills to view the course via the Corner Skills platform and Services, and Corner Skills is the licensor of record. Courses are licensed, and not sold, to you. This license does not give you any right to resell the course in any manner (including by sharing account information with a purchaser or illegally downloading the course and sharing it on torrent sites).

In legal, more complete terms, Corner Skills grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the courses and associated content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with a particular courses or feature of our Services. All other uses are expressly prohibited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a Corner Skills authorized representative. This also applies to content you can access via any of our APIs.

We generally give a lifetime access license to our students when they enroll in a course. However, we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use courses at any point in time in the event where we decide or are obligated to disable access to a course due to legal or policy reasons, for example, if the course you enrolled in is the object of a copyright complaint, or if we determine its content violates our Trust & Safety Guidelines. The lifetime access is not applicable to add-on features and services associated with a course. For example, translation captions of courses may be disabled by instructors at any time, and instructors may decide at any time to no longer provide teaching assistance or Q&A services in association with a course. To be clear, the lifetime access is to the course content but not to the instructor.

Instructors may not grant licenses to their courses to students directly, and any such direct license shall be null and void and a violation of these Terms.

Pricing:- 

The terms provided to the Instructor Agreement and Pricing and Promotions Policy determines the prices of our courses. On some certain periods, the prices offered on website by instructor may vary some time as well as such offers would be vary from electronic devices. We also run promotion prices it may also vary from one user to another user.

We regularly run promotions and sales for our courses and certain courses are only available at discounted prices for a set period of time and may be available to new users only. The price applicable to a course will be the price at the time you checkout and complete your purchase of the course.

We also have rights to discretion and it may apply for additional discounts on the courses at its Services which may affect the revenue of Instructors. Corner Skills will not be under any obligation to compensate the Instructors for any loss of revenue on account of such discounts offered by Corner Skills.

We serve our services all over the globe where taxes of sales taxes and goods and service tax may vary according to their countries where the pupil subscribes to their courses from Corner Skills.
